TERMS OF USE

These general terms and conditions apply to all Ayurtreat services.

SERVICE

All current and future services that Ayurtreat offers, including workshops, retreats, training and events. Separate conditions are included for Ayurvedic massage treatments and do not apply here.

USER

A natural person or legal entity who uses the services of Ayurtreat.

AGREEMENT

The agreed arrangement including associated amounts and conditions.

  1. By signing the registration form and/or paying the registration fee, the participant agrees to the conditions.
  2. Ayurtreat does its best to ensure that all information shared during our retreat is correct and complete. Ayurtreat can never be held responsible for the consequences of possible errors.
  3. The participant declares that he/she is in good physical and psychological health to the best of his/her knowledge. The participant must also report any limitations. The participant remains responsible for this at all times. If anything changes regarding the physical and/or psychological health of the participant, he or she will immediately inform Ayurtreat

CANCELLATION

  1. Ayurtreat has the right to cancel a workshop or retreat if there are valid reasons for doing so, including illness of the teacher or force majeure. In the event of cancellation by Ayurtreat, the participant is entitled to a full refund of the amount already paid. The participant is not entitled to any other compensation or damages
  2. PAYMENT must be made no later than two weeks after receipt of the invoice. For bookings less than 8 weeks before the start, the amount must be paid in full immediately. If payment is not made on time, Ayurtreat has the right to cancel the reservation.
  3. Registration is only final after payment of the down payment or, if registered less than 8 weeks before the start, the full registration fee.
  4. Participation in the program is on a voluntary basis. Participants are free to decide not to follow the program.
  5. Canceling participation in the program does not entitle you to a refund of the registration fee nor a right to a replacement lesson or activity.
  6. We advise the participant to take out travel insurance and cancellation insurance.
  7. If participants decide to withdraw (due to illness or personal circumstances), they are entitled to a refund of a maximum of part of the participation costs due: – Two months before the start of the program: reimbursement of 50% of participation costs. – One month before the start of the program: reimbursement of 25% of participation costs. – Two weeks before the start of the program: reimbursement of 10% of participation costs. – Within two weeks before the start of the program: no participation fees will be refunded.
  8. If the participant is unable to attend the course or retreat booked by him or her, substitution is permitted, provided that the details of the replacement participant have been communicated to Ayurtreat no later than 1 day before the start.
  9. Ayurtreat has the right to exclude people from participation in a course or retreat without giving reasons

LIABILITY

  1. Ayurtreat will ensure a good and orderly course of the course or retreat.
  2. Participation in a course or retreat is entirely at your own risk. Ayurtreat is not liable for injury and/or damage of any kind as a result of the participant’s stay and/or activities, nor for loss or damage to property.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be submitted to Ayurtreat in writing and with reasons. The complainant will receive a response within 14 days.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS

  1. The yoga activities we offer are intended as leisure activities and not as a replacement for medically necessary treatments or therapy. Therefore, always discuss physical and/or psychological complaints with a qualified doctor.
  2. Always report to the teacher before the yoga class if you have a physical complaint. The teacher may be able to adjust the program accordingly or provide person-oriented exercises.
  3. Don’t force anything and take physical complaints seriously.

HOUSE RULES

  1. Respect for every person, regardless of their religion, views, orientation, gender and development is the most important core value. Ayurtreat is respectful to all participants and expects participants to also be respectful to each other.
  2. Ayurtreat has chosen its locations with care to offer participants a safe and livable environment during the course or retreat. Treat the location and its surroundings with care, like your own home. Together we take care of the beauty and cosiness. Any damage will be recovered from the perpetrator.
  3. Participants who do not adhere to the house rules or do not follow the instructions of the staff at the location or Ayurtreat can be removed from the course or retreat. This does not give the participant any rights to a refund of course fees.
  4. Making images or sound recordings during the course or retreat is only permitted with prior permission from Ayurtreat
